This page tests a sample of how easy it is to upload text files to tell what you want to say without having to create HTML code.  Just type what you want into a text file and upload it to your website.  Establish a link to the text file and any browser can read it from anywhere on earth.  Why is this useful?  Its in case you have a file or files you want to add to later, change, etc.  You don't have to recreate the HTML code, just link or unlink the text file form within the index file that points to it.
